1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and naga8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), which operates through the website naga8.vip. By accessing, browsing, registering, or placing any wager on naga8.vip, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agreed to be bound by them unconditionally.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on naga8.vip. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any other shared identifier — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited at naga8's discretion.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

5.3 Bonus Abuse

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on naga8.vip. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including a false date of birth or identity.
• Opening or operating more than one naga8 account, whether under your own name or any alias.

11 Amendments & Termination

11.2 Account Closure by the Player

Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Account Closure by naga8

naga8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; abusive behaviour directed at staff or other players; or account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months. Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.
